Our October Guest Designer, Kerry McConnell is back again with a cute project!
Kerry here, back for week two as the guest designer for October.
Today I have a card for the coffee loving book readers! This cute little gnome looks like he is headed off to prop his feet up and enjoy some down time with a good book and of course his steaming cup of coffee!
I kept my card very simple this week by stamping out the image at the bottom of a white panel that was cut out using a die by My Favorite Things. The image was colored using Ohuhu alcohol markers. I stamped the saying using Simon Says Stamp’s Nocturne Black VersaFine Clair Ink onto a die cut that was cut again to match the pattern of the white background.
The gnome stamp is part of a Spellbinders monthly club stamp set from a few years ago. I’m glad I finally had a reason to complete a card using this set😊
