June’s word is SUNSHINE — a celebration of warm days, happy moments, and all the little things that brighten our lives.

Here’s my take on Sunshine

I used the You Are My Sunshine collection from Echo Park – kinda fits don’t you think? I like the colourful sunshine background, it’s just so happy feeling. The tag was actually a rectangle text block that I trimmed and made into a tag.

The mug is a die from Honey Bee Stamps. I stencilled the sun on it using a stencil from Echo Park. I then added the shine sticker and a heart sticker and of course some staples. I mounted the mug on foam squares and added a little white heart for steam.

• bright, cheerful color palettes
• florals, gardens, or summer-themed details
• mugs, coffee cups, tea cups, or iced drink elements
• warm yellow, gold, or sunny accents
