Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Time for a Coffee Date! Jennifer K here with fun crafty projects made by me and my sister, Ellen. She is the reason I started making cards many years ago & I love that we share this hobby. A strong creative spirit runs in our family and this hobby provides us endless hours of enjoyment AND gift ideas for each other!

For today’s virtual coffee date the theme is “let’s meet at a coffee shop.” I chose a place with nice outdoor seating and my sister found a place that also serves terrific pastries.

My card features Miss Ink Stamps Java Joe’s stamp set. I love how all the images make a great scene. I easily stamped, colored, then cut and pasted each image on a background of some brick look pattern paper from My Favorite Things (great stash find from a pattern paper swap my sister and I do regularly).

My sister combined super cute Mama Elephant stamps with fabulous coffee stain background paper from Stampin’ Up! for her indoor coffee shop scene.

I can’t imagine a better date than a get together with my crafty sister. We rarely get a chance to meet for coffee, but still love to spend time card making whenever the family gets together.
