Can you believe that this is the last Friday in August? Where has the time gone? Today is our August Designer, Teri Anderson’s, final post for the month. Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of this post for a peek at all of her amazing projects!

Hi, everyone! Teri Anderson here and I’m super tickled to share one last card with you all!

Today’s card is just a fun little friendship card featuring a little scene of two friends drinking hot cocoa. 

To make this little card, I started by stamping, coloring and die-cutting the bears and cocoa cups and heart elements from Sunny Studio. I really like playing with different color combos so I used a combo on the softer side I’ve been enjoying lately. 

For the background, I embossed panel of white cardstock with the Quilled Hearts embossing folder. I added a strip of patterned paper at the bottom of it and then covered the panel with vellum.

I took a panel of cardstock and die-cut with a postage stamp die from Waffle Flower to stamp the sentiment on. Once I added the bears, I adhered some white pompoms to mimic the look of snow.
