Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Friday’s in June will be filled with Guest Designers! I’m so excited to see how everyone is inspired. In case you don’t remember, when we unveiled the new blog, Coffee Loving Papercrafters, we had a bit of a ‘giveaway’. Four random commenters were picked to be guest designers this month.

I’m so happy to announce today’s guest designer, Stephanie Serrano!

Hello Coffee Loving friends, Stephanie here with you today to share some coffee fun.  I was so excited when Amy asked me to be a guest designer.  I live in GA with my husband of 41 years. Besides card making I love to bake and photograph all things in nature.

I had a hard time deciding which coffee stamps from my collection to use for my project. I decided to use 2 newer stamps from super sponsor Unity Stamp Company.

For my first card I am using this adorable grumpy kitty (is that possible?  adorable and grumpy at the same time?) Pissy Kitty is so much fun to color.  I stamped with Versafine black onyx ink and embossed with wow clear embossing powder.  I colored with Distress Oxide inks-Black Soot, Peacock Feathers and Scattered Straw and then I paired it with this great paper from the Coffee Lovers Paper Pack, I just love this paper!

My next card is using Coffee-Doodle-Doo again from super sponsor Unity Stamp Company  Don’t you just love this adorable Rooster/Chicken?  What’s more perfect to wake you up than a coffee loving rooster?   I stamped with Versafine Black Onyx ink and heat embossed with Wow clear embossing powder.  I colored with Distress ink- Brushed Corduroy,  Distress Oxide Inks -Mowed Lawn, Peeled Paint, Abandoned Coral, Peacock Feathers and Scattered Straw and for the background paper this time I used a great stamp set Grunge Elements 2   from another super sponsor Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps along with Distress Oxide Ink Vintage Photo.
