Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hi there, Christine here with a coffee and books card made with products from Super Sponsor Waffle Flower. I used the Book Cover die, the Classic Books die, and the Tea Cup die (which I’m using as a coffee mug- shhh).

I usually don’t have white backgrounds, but I felt that I already had so much color with the books and the mug that I die cut the background with Neenah Solar White cardstock with the Book Cover die.

I die cut the books with the Classic Books die using gold, light pink and dark pink cardstock papers that I had in my stash to match the flowers that I had colored on the mug.  I actually made books with blue hues and had to redo them because it didn’t look quite right with the mug.  I try to keep my cards to 3 main different colors (I consider yellow and gold similar enough).

I die cut the cup with the Tea Cup die out of Lawn Fawn yellow speckled paper and copic colored the outside to give it more dimension. I die cut the flowers with the Tea Cup die out of green cardstock which I placed over colored, die cut white cardstock with adhesive.
