Hello! Mary here. I had so much fun creating this holiday card using products from Super Sponsor Newton’s Nook Designs. I thought it would be fun to create a caffeinated Christmas tree using sentiments and dies.
To start, I looked through lots of Newton’s Nook sets to find holiday sentiments that were of varying lengths to help create the tree shape. I used several different stamp sets: Main Street Christmas, Heartfelt Holidays, Scandi Christmas, Holiday Post and Coffee Silhouettes Die set.
Next, I selected ink colors to stamp the sentiments. I chose three different shades of Concord and 9th ink: Sprout, Parsley, and Clover. Then, I grabbed lots of scraps of paper to die cut the mugs and details. I played around a bit with the layout and ultimately landed on this. I love all of the cute little mugs in this die set!
Lastly, I adhered the mugs and added some Wink of Stella to their details. To complete the tree, I added a gold star on top.
