It’s time for some more caffeinated Friday fun.
I’ve stenciled, stamped, & die cut a lot in the past weeks, but I don’t want to neglect the other useful tool in my craft room, my home printer. Today I’m featuring some adorable digital images from Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps.
Oh Sweet ‘n Sassy offers a terrific line up of stencils, stamps, & dies, too, but my go to for immediate gratification for any new crafty project often has me on the hunt for fun, new digis.
The selection of digital stamps is vast, which can make it fun to mix and match different sets, creating a custom combo for your creations.
Card featuring Rhubarb’s Cuppa Joe, Yappy Day, & Bear Sentiments
I love that the bear is named Rhubarb. That’s my favorite flavor of pie… and guess what? It’s baking season! Oh that inspired me to make a pie theme card for my next project.
Card featuring digital stamps Cocoa’s Latte and Did Someone Say Pie?
Undoubtedly one of the best features of digital images is that you can resize them to fit anything. As a bonus, I created a recipe card to slip inside my pie theme card. I reduced the image sizes and flipped the Cocoa mouse stamp to add a coordinating decoration for the recipe.
If you zoomed in to read the recipe, I included my own “sassy” addition. Yep. This is my own pie crust recipe & you read my secret ingredient, vodka, right. A tip I received from a friend long ago I still use. A splash of vodka in the ice water lets you use a bit more liquid as the alcohol evaporates when baking so you do get flaky crust results every time 😉
I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to share these Sweet ‘n Sassy digital projects with you.
I have so enjoyed these past few weeks as guest designer for for the CLC. Thank you to Amy, the rest of the Brew Crew and all the Coffee Loving Super Sponsors that continue to offer so many fun, inspiring projects.
Have a great weekend!
