Happy New Year! May 2023 be filled with lots of coffee, tea and other yummy beverages! Christine here with a simple interactive card that can also hold a gift card. Today I’m featuring Super Sponsors Simon Says Stamp and Trinity Stamps.
I often find myself struggling to make birthday cards- it’s very personal and I really try to cater it to the individual I’m sending it to. Today I decided to make an interactive birthday card featuring a pop-up coffee card that can also hold a gift card (not shown). I used the Karen Burniston Coffee Cup Pop Up die set that I purchased from Simon Says Stamp and paired it with the Trinity Stamps Dainty Scallops Rectangle die set.
I die cut everything from cardstock I had in my stash and watched Karen’s video (highly recommend) before assembling to get any tips for smooth assembly. The video has everything you need to know- some tips- use light weight cardstock for the coffee cup so that I can bend easily- use heavyweight cardstock for most everything else!
I really kept it to a winter theme and just added a Happy Birthday die cut with the Trinity Stamps Scripty Birthday Stand-Alone die set.
Thank you so much for stopping by- wishing you a wonderful start to 2023!
