Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello and welcome!  So happy to have you here today for another MugShot (of espresso) Monday!  This is Shanna today from Caffeinated Craftiness and I have a super cute card featuring a sadly no longer available image from super sponsor Gerda Steiner Designs, but she has a lot of others that are super cute too if you want to take a peek!

I started by printing this digital stamp onto Kraft cardstock and then coloring with my Prismacolor pencils.  I always forget how much I like this coloring technique!  I cut out the image using one of my Trinity Stamps Mini Slimline Stitched Layers dies and then grabbed some scraps from an older Echo Park fall color 6×6 basics pad and put together the card.  I wanted the adorable image and coloring to be the focal point, so I kept the rest of the card really simple.  I added some clay Crafty Roast embellishments from Trinity Stamps to finish off the card!

What is your favorite coloring media?? Do you generally reach for markers??  Or are you more of a watercolor person??  Pencils?!?  I love them all and tend to go in spurts.  This was the first time playing with pencils in a while and I already have some other projects in the works to play some more!
