Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Monday and welcome back.

prick-ly (adjective) : a person who is irratable, crabby and disagreeable.

Do you know anyone who is prickly before they have their coffee? I sure do! Hopefully it’s not me that comes to mind.

My card today features one of my all time favorite stamp sets. Cuppa Cactus from super sponsor Newton’s Nook is always fun to ink up. I adore the images and the cute font – and of course the sentiments are fun, too.

I tried a new-to-me product with this card – Spectrum Noir Tri Blend Markers 

I love how each alcohol marker contains 3 different shades which make them simple to blend. And these are a great option when you are traveling since they take up less space.

For this card, I die cut two extra cactus cups out of cardstock to glue together to give some dimension to the cup. Jennifer McGuire taught me this cardstock trick in place of foam tape.
