Hey there!  What’s brewing?

Yay!!  It’s my turn today.. so let’s get started:

Have you noticed that strawberries are a huge hit lately?  I have, and it reminded me that I had this gorgeous digital stamp from Power Poppy called Tea Cake With Strawberries.  Here’s how I made it!

I started by printing the images on Papertrey Ink Paper Basics White cardstock.  After coloring the images, I used Nuvo Crystal Drops over the strawberries to make them shiny and give them more dimension.

I had the strip of Bermuda Bay cardstock cut out so I added a little sentiment and more strawberries (yum!!)  I fussy cut the images and added a simple little piece I had in my stash behind them.  After gluing everything and popping up the cake, I tied it up with a pretty bow using CTMA sheer organza ribbon.
