Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello and welcome!  This is Shanna here today with another edition of CLC Coffee Date!  Coffee dates are where a CLC design team member invites another crafty friend to create and share alongside them. For my coffee date, I invited my sweet-crafty-coffee loving-uber talented friend Jeannie, a.k.a. InsideoutJeans, to come and play!

Considering today is New Year’s Eve and a time to be looking towards the new year, we decided to both work on our planners for today’s post.  We both use Bullet Journal style planners, so the creative options are endless.

Here is what Jeannie had to say about hers:

“Hi, my name is Jeannie and I’m teaming up with Shanna to share some coffee inspiration in my planner. I don’t think I’ve gone one winter without pulling out this Concord and 9th stamp set (Winter wear) and this time, I used a second set (Daily wear) to add coffee cups to this coffee shop scene. I created this little scene in my 2022 bullet journal and a scene at a cozy and warm coffee shop was perfect for this cold winter.”

For my planner layout, I decided to work on what is called my “Future Log”.  A future log is a yearly overview that allows me to reference back and note important dates as I move through the year.  I decided this year to add a little bit of caffeinated inspiration for each month as I go, and then theme my monthly layout where I keep more of my daily activities and tasks the same.  For my January layout I am choosing to use the Par-Tea stamp set from super sponsor Trinity Stamps.  I paired it with the layered coffee bean stencil from them as well for a fun colorful background!  I continued the layout for the whole year, with 2 months per page–I love all the room it leaves me both for important dates AND a little creative fun too!
