Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello hello hello crafty friends! Helen is here. It has been a long week for me and a cup of coffee always perk me up. Today, I want to share with you all an idea how to perk someone up with a caffeinated gift.

I made this coffee gift cup for a dear friend using the Bear Cozy Kit to make the fleece coffee sleeve. I cut the grey fleece with the base sleeve die and also the stitch hole die. This hole die makes stitching easier.

I cut some pink hearts out of the pink fleece and the heart die. After that, I arranged the hearts on the sleeve. I put a small dab of fabric glue under each heart to keep them in place while I was stitching them.

For stitching, I used back-hand stitch for the sleeve and on the hearts also. But you also simply just used fleece / fabric glue to put this sleeve together. No-stitching needed.

I filled the paper to go coffee cup with some Via coffee bags and Kopiko coffee candies (my favorite coffee candy ever!!!).

I put the cup in a give box and ready to deliver it to my friend’s house.
