Hello Coffee Lovers!!

It’s time for Brew & Craft Your Stash! We are looking for inspiration from Paper Crafters Handmade Cards and Card Creations for Him! Both are from 2013! So grab your cup and settle in!

Today we are looking at Paper Crafters Handmade Cards. From the next page in the Basics Section, there are four cards and they mainly used pattern papers, enamel dots, die cuts, and buttons. As I sat down to create I was checking out my email and saw an email newsletter from Butterfly Reflections, Ink. In the newsletter, they had included their September Mood Board (below). I loved the fall colors and decided to use ink as my basic supply, ink also goes great with a new coffee stamp set I picked up from Pigment Craft Co!

I started by picking out colors that matched the mood board and it included some Papertrey Ink and Catherine Pooler ink colors. And I got to work cutting out with the matching die and stamping the images from Pigment Craft Co. These Hands: Warm Easily.

Once I had everything stamped and assembled, I decided to create my background with Pigment Craft Co. Fall Wreath stamp set using the light pink and melon colors, as I hadn’t used them much in the hand and coffee image. After stamping the wreath, I added some distress ink browns around the edge, then added some brown watercolor splatters.

I stamped the Baby It’s Cold Outside in brown ink and added the hand/coffee cup image to the panel with foam tape. Last, I added the panel to a green card base.
