Katie will be missed in Coffee Lover Land, her projects were always colorful and happy but we know she will go on making gorgeous cards because it’s in her blood! Katie is a sweetheart who I had the pleasure of meeting in person at Creativation last year and who I hope to meet up with again one day! The project I picked for Katie shows off her sense of color and style. I love the gorgeous soft yellows and blues and the dainty scalloped layers under her pretty little coffee cup. We will miss you Katie but we’ll always be connected through card making!
I wish you well and hope you have some amazing new crafty adventures! Your happy color selections and use of playful images always inspires me!

Katie is one of the most kind-hearted people I know. She will always listen, and often make you giggle in conversations. In crafting I completely admire her fearlessness and ability to mix and match different companies, themes, and even pattern papers! This card totally checks every box, although, it is possibly missing a Bigfoot or Yeti! She will always be one of my caffeinated bffs!
I’ve been a big fan of Katie for some time and this is one of my favorite cards created by her. I love the background she created with the Newton’s Nook stencil and who can resist that adorable caffeine-loving zebra! Such a sweet card.
I absolutely adore Katie’s fun and happy style! She mixes and matches products from different companies in the most wonderful ways. Her colors are always bright and her cards give everyone a smile!

I went back through all of Katie’s posts and how do you really pick a favorite??? So many fabulous creations… I think my favorites are the critters… but I picked this one because one thing I really love is how Katie’s mind works… I feel like it’s a lot like mine…. poor girl..lol! And this project is the perfect combination of adorable, fun and wild! A leopard… in a helicopter… transporting a huge cup of coffee… sounds exactly right. Anywho, Katie, you are the best! Gonna miss you here but will enjoy seeing all the fabulous stuff you are creating out there on the interweb.
I am so sad that Katie is leaving CLC 😦 I love all her cards- they are always so playful and fun- which is totally her personality. She’s always so creative and uses stamps and dies in ways that aren’t always obvious- which is just brilliant. Often she creates a fun scene that has a plot/story – like the one below- with the bunny stealing some boba. Love you Katie!
I love this no-stamping card. The color combo is beautiful and she creatively layered each die cuts on this card.
I believe whoever receives this card will feel the love. I will miss Katie and her coffee loving projects on this blog
