Hey Friends! Happy Monday! Katie here today with a belated card for pride month. But any time is a good time to support LBGTQIA+ right!? And, you’ll see that I celebrate other kinds of diversity as well.
This card is super bright and fun and makes me happy to look at.
For this card, I used a super awesome Reverse Confetti set that I won from a recent IG giveaway. it is called You Matter and I used the coordinating die set as well. I used some flesh colored tones for the hands. I cut them out with the die and then cut between the hands so I could have the pink poking between hands. I cut the pink circle, mounted the hands and set it aside.
Next, I used some Pebbles DP called Live Life Happy and it is so fun and bright. One side is stripes and the other is fun coffee cups. I used the DP for the backdrop, distressed the edges. I cut out one of the coffee cups to put in the middle. I used more little strips to make bracelets for the hands. After I mounted the DP, I used the strip along the edge of the DP (with the rainbows) and mounted it along the top. I mounted the circle, then die cut the word love using Navy and more Pink paper. I glued them together and mounted them. I stamped the word every day using a sentiment stamp from Trinity. then I added these clear hearts.
I love how bright and happy this is, it just makes me smile and I can feel the love. I hope you like it too and thank you for visiting. I hope you have a great Monday! ~Katie
