Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Monday everyone! It’s a long weekend here in Canada, so it’s been a full weekend of housework, laundry and yard work 🙂 The weather hasn’t been the nicest here in central Alberta – the sun comes out for a bit, but the wind is so dang chilly! Soooo, I’ve been trying to play catch up inside the house too and then I sneak back out when the sun comes out LOL. I have been busy helping our daughter and son-in-law with Kinsley (our precious Grand daughter) in between working and farming and books, and the kids went on their first camping trip as a family of 3, so I had all weekend to get my chores done!

OK…onto my card 🙂 As you can probably guess, I haven’t had much time to be in my crafty space, so today’s card had to be super CAS and quick 😉 I really love how it turned out …

This stamp set from Sweet ‘n Sassy (Rebecca Rios) is so fun! I love the bold images and fonts in the set…here’s a close up with some paper piecing –

I also wanted to let everyone know that this will be my last post (for now, anyways *wink, wink*) as part of the Coffee Loving Cardmakers DT. I cannot express how blessed I have been to be part of such an awesome, loving family here over the years! Life for me has just gotten a bit too busy and I need to slow it down a bit and take some things off my full plate. I already miss everyone, but please know I will be around – I promise! I will be taking part in the hops etc! Thanks for everything xoxoxoxo
