Hello Coffee Lovers!!
It’s time for Brew & Craft Your Stash We are looking for inspiration from Paper Crafters Handmade Cards and Card Creations for Him! Both are from 2013! So grab your cup and settle in!
Today we are looking at Paper Crafters Handmade Cards. From the next page in the Basics Section, there are four cards and they used several different supplies, including, enamel dots pattern paper cut out and used as the focal point, buttons, and accents.
I decided to use enamel dots on my card as it’s been a while since I last used any. I pulled out Stampin Up’s Nothing’s Beter Than stamp set and stamped the coffee cup and the cookie. But the cookie was bigger than the coffee cup and I didn’t like that, so instead, I inked up the chocolate and it went better with the coffee!
Since the stamp set has a retro vibe I pulled out Pinkfresh Studio’s Gatsby die, its an older die not available in their shop but might be found at other online stores. I cut the sold part of the die from black card stock.
I pulled out some pink and orange card stock and adhered them to a white card base. Then I added the black Gatsby die on top where the two colors meet with foam tape.
The Nothing’s Better Than stamp set has a matching die set and I cut the coffee cups and chocolate out. Then cut the words coffee and chocolate from black card stock. I stamped Today’s Plan: Consume a the top and then added the Coffee & (a black glitter sticker) Chocolate.
Next, I added the coffee cups and chocolate, then orange enamel dots down around the Gatsby die on the orange card stock.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope this inspires you to pull out some of the basic supplies you might not have used lately!
Dana
