The simple joy of getting together with a friend or two for a cup of coffee has been a challenge for so many this last year (…yes, it’s been a very long year!). Being a major introvert, I was ‘ok’ when we mostly stayed home, but now even I can’t wait to get together with people! There are many things I’ll never take for granted again, that’s for sure.
For my slimline card, I layered a brown checked pattern paper to the cardbase. I then cut dark brown cardstock with the HONEY BEE BARN WOOD PLANK DIES and swiped them with HERO ARTS UNICORN INK PAD before adhering them along the card. These sweet little friends are from CLEARLY BESOTTED SPILLING TEA set…are these critters not the cutest?!! The diecut words are from HONEY BEE PERFECT BLEND DIE SET. The cup and steam dies are from Paper Smooches (I really miss Kim’s company!) and the sentiment is from SWEET ‘N SASSY STAMPS COCOA’S CUPS.
