Merry Christmas to you and your families- we wish you a joyful time during these difficult times. We are lucky to have another lovely card from our DECEMBER GUESTIE, Hetty Sanders and her blog, Craft Chaos!
Hello Coffee Friends,
Hetty here to wish you all a very
Merry Christmas
with those you love around you either for real or by zoom. In these strange times, we warm ourselves with a cup of hot cocoa, coffee or tea. It is also what keeps us together here at the blog.
So with this cup of hot cocoa and whipped cream, I share with you the joys of Christmas.
This card is made with dies, stamps, stencils, punches, embossing folder and embroidery.
To start this card I used a die by Marianne Design col1462. On Pinterest, you may find some of the embroidery patterns.
When the embroidery was done, I cut the whipped cream and added some brown ink around the images.
Now to start the background of the card. I used the Christmas trees stencil by FunkyFossil Designs and the Snow storm stencil (the yellow dots).
Then I took a piece of green paper and embossed it with a dotted embossing stencil and added some white ink.
The flowers are made with punches. They are quite old punches I always use at Christmas time. It only says Floral Punch on all of them. The flower also comes with an embossing punch. It gives the flower such a real look. In the heart of the flower you find a sticky gemstone.
I also have more cards with the embroidered cup for you to see on my own Craftchaos Blog. I would love if you hopped over.
It was a pleasure to be your guest designer for December.
Hope you liked my cards. I wish you all Happy Holidays,
and may 2021 bring us joy, peace and health!
Thanks for looking, stay safe and keep crafting!
