TGIF, Crafters! And with that comes our next DECEMBER GUESTIE, Hetty Sanders and her blog, Craft Chaos!
Hello Coffee Lovers,
Hetty here from the Coffee Card Group, where 39 of us send real cards each month to one partner. As I have been a long time paper coffee addict, I was so happy to find this blog and the Facebook group. I even met Amy when she came to The Netherlands, such joy to have shared a coffee.
But now I am here to share some cards I made:
Two totally different cards I have for you, but both have the same kind of background. The background is created with a grid and litlle punched out squares.
The stamp I used is by Michael Strong and he designed it especially for me. The stamp set is called Hetty’s Coffee Cup Set and you find the grid as a freebie on his blog.
You can print this grid on any color paper. I printed this one on kraft colored paper. With a square punch I punched out 18 squares to glue to the background.
Some have to be cut diagonal. The paper I used is design paper by Stampin’Up!.
The cups are stamped with versamark on gold paper and embossed with gold embossing powder.
The sentiment is by Stamplorations and the coffee ring by Club Scrap. Yes, I love to combine my stamps.
With some left over paper from the front, I love to decorate the inside.
As Christmas is around the cornor, I printed the grid on yellow paper to make a Christmas version:
Here you see a total different card, with a Michael Strong bauble, a Limited Runs design coffee cup and sentiments by Funky Fossils Design. Yes, again a mix up of different brands of stamps.
A close up of the front panel. The holly is also by Funky Fossils Design.
And here is the inside with another Hetty’s coffee cup, but this time a smaller version.
Thank you all for looking, hope you are all safe and keep crafting!
See you next week,
