Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Welcome back!  It’s a new month and a new challenge here at the CLC!  This month our featured sponsor is Joy Clair Designs!  I’m sharing a card made using one of the new Joy Clair digital sets, Coffee Flavors!  And here’s how I was inspired:

Digis are awesome because you can resize and flip them or just use them as is!  I separated my images using pic monkey and then pulled them into Microsoft Word to size them how I wanted.  I used that cup with the Hickory nuts and part of one of the sentiments!

I printed, cut and colored the image with Copic Markers… The cup is BG72 and BG75… one of my fave blue green combos!

I started the background using the Stitched Dot Rectangle from A Jillian Vance Design and cut a panel from watercolor paper.  I stamped the Falling Leaves background (an old retired Joy Clair clear stamp) with Versamark and heat embossed it in gold.  Then I used some metallic watercolors to color it in and splattered all of the colors I used over the top as well as some Heidi Swapp Color Shine in gold.

Then I popped my image and sentiment onto the card base and added a few sequins!
