HAPPY INTERNATIONAL COFFEE DAY!!! We are celebrating National Coffee Day all week long! Have you hopped along yet? If not yet, you still have time. Head over here to start your hop.
Today, I have a coffee mugs and kisses shaker card that I created using Super Sponsors: Catherine Pooler Designs, Divinity Designs, Miss Ink Stamps, and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
The solid and patterned papers I used on this card are from the Latte Love 6×6 Paper Pad. I cut out the coffee beans patterned paper using the largest size of the Double Stitched Rectangles Dies. For the solid light brown mat, I trimmed it into 4″ x 5 1/4″.
I added the background solid and patterned mats on the card using E-Z Runner Grand Adhesive.
I cut out the solid brown paper with 2 different sizes of the Double Stitched Circles Dies for the shaker. I added a piece of acetate plastic on the back oh the circle frame using double-sided tape. Then I added some 3D foam tape around the frame.
I sprinkled some of the Latte Love Iridescent Sequins and some extra hearts and stars sequins on the card. I added the shaker circle frame on the sequins with permanent dhesive.
I stamped the images from the Brewtiful Stamp Set using VersaFine Onyx Black ink pad on a piece of watercolor paper. Then, I used VersaMark pen to filled the dots on the mug image with embossing ink. I sprinkled the mug image with clear embossing powder. They will resist to watercolor paints.
I colored all images using Catherine Pooler ink pads. I pressed the lid a little bit against the ink pad so I would have some ink on the lid. I pick up the ink pigment using small waterbrush.
After coloring all the images, I dried them with craft heater. I fussy cute each image with micro-tips scissors.
I stamped the sentiment on a cardstock with VersaFine Onyx Black ink and I trimmed it.
I added each of the embellishment piece on the card with 3D foam tape and permanent adhesive.
Thanks for stopping by our blog today! I hope you all have fabulous caffeinated day!
