I sure do wish that Monday didn’t come so quickly. Or maybe, Monday should be considered a weekend day. How about we start the day with a unicorn Frappuccino, that will perk up up right?
I have never had one of these, but they sure do look tasty! I was curious, so I looked up what they taste like, this is the description. The Unicorn Frappuccino was a viral drink created by Starbucks, introduced in April 2017. It is made with ice, milk, pink powder, sour blue powder, crème Frappuccino syrup, mango syrup, and blue drizzle. Here is what they look like.
So my version includes the Summertime Sips Die Set from Trinity Stamps. I die cut it in mostly white. On the front layer I used Distress Inks Seedless Preserves and Wilted Violet to add color, then I used Salty Ocean Reinker to add the blue drizzle. I colored the whipcream with a bit of Copic ink and more distress. Then I added some Birthday Cake Embellishments and a bright pink straw.
The white base is cut using the Slimline Stitched Card Panel. Then I used the Lots of Dots stencil to create the backdrop with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink. I layered it with a bit of blue and then purple as the base.
After I put my cup on the front. I stamped the Unicorn from Let the Good Times Roll Stamp and LTGTR Die Set. I colored her with Copics (B05, B02, V15, V17, FV2, RV02, RV04, blender, C1, C3, T6). I mounted her with foam tape onto my scene. I put one of the Vanilla Sugared Violets in her hair. Then I stamped the sentiment on black with versamark and used some Bright White Embossing Powder from Wow. I mounted it on my card and stamped the last bit on the bottom.
I hope you like my unicorn frappe and maybe get one for yourself! Have a good Monday!
