Small Surprises

I have to say, I am sorry Monday is here already.  I had a nice weekend, we took a little impromptu trip to Port Townsend, WA.  We walked North Beach for 7 miles round trip to find quite a bit of beach glass. The sun and fresh air was lovely, but it has worn me out!  So, I’d happily take just one more day. Moving on…

Here is today’s happy and bright card.  I quite love these images from The Greeting Farm.  Fellow DT Kerry turned me on to this particular set, she used it and I went right out and purchased it. It’s called Small Surprises in case you want it too. 😉

To make this, I didn’t work too hard.  I started by stamping and coloring the images with my Copics (R35, R29, Y02, Y13, Y15, RV04, RV02, B01, B02, YG06, G14, E31, E000, C1, C3).  I die cut them with my scan n cut.  Then I used some pink cardstock and a scrap of DP to make the bottom of the card, cutting them with the MFT Stitched Scallop Basic Edges 2.  After I adhered those, I mounted my images.  I stamped the sentiment on the white base.  Then I added these Rainbow Reflections Rhinestones from Trinity.  I came back in with a gel pen to add some highlights.

Pretty cute eh?  I hope you like it!  Thanks for visiting!  Feel free to pop by my blog anytime for other fun creations.
