Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there Coffee Loving crafters!  It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday SIp. This week I’m sharing a sweet little critter card featuring the little critter (Is it a hamster?) who LOVES coffee!

A few weeks back I spied a new limited edition coffee lover set available at La La Land Crafts and raced on over there and ordered it!  I shared an enabler link on the CLC FB page too.  Did you grab a set or the whole coffee collection?  If not, so sorry….but…I see that they have some more of this cute critter set in their shop HERE so head right over there and grab one if you like!

This set has been waiting for the right time to get inked up and last night was the night!  I had fun coloring this little fella and the cup with a collection of browns from my Copic stash.  i thought it went well with the orange paper already cut and ready on my desk too so after coloring, I decided not to fussy cut the image out and mounted the whole panel onto this orange cardstock.  Next, I grabbed some tags (cut from a Hero Arts MMH set) that had been waiting for the right card and stamped the sentiment on it.

To finish the panel off, I diecut the edge of the La La Land Crafts Scalloped Rectangle die (my favorite rectangle dies) and attached it to the top of the stamped panel before tying some black twine around the top.  I mounted this whole panel onto a kraft card base and this little notecard was finished!
