It’s time for Brew & Craft Your Stash!! Challenge #49 in the 75 Creative Card Challenges Magazine by Paper Crafts 2013!! Grab your drink of choice and get ready for some great crafty ideas!!!

Challenge #50 – Make a Punny Card. It’s not hard to make a punny card! Lots of stamp companies have them or you could even make your own punny sentiment to go with just about any image!! The cards all have use punny images and sentiments!

For my card I pulled out Paper Smooches Caffeinated stamp set. It has some great coffee punny sentiments. I stamped the coffee cup and then die cut it out. With my Altenew watercolors I colored the cup.

From my stash of extra’s I found a glittered heart and a white heart die cut. The white heart is watercolor card stock and I did some watercolor smooching with the same color I used on the coffee cup.

Next, I used the round circle coffee stamp and did some watercolor stamping and then used the circle die to cut them out. Then I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment.

I played with layering the hearts, circles and coffee cup and when I was happy with the arrangement, I adhered everything down. I also used a white pen and added lines around the black card.
