Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hey there, Katie here!  Another week, comes and goes.  We still have a lot going on in the world, but hopefully Easter weekend provided some reprieve.

Today I have a cheery tea party for you, but you will notice they are appropriately socially distant.

Aren’t they fun!  I am using the new Miss Ink Stamp set Tea Party set.  I also used the  Streamers Stamp set.  I stamped them all using my Versafine Clair black ink on watercolor paper and colored them with my Zigs. I used some brand new products form Trinity Stamps, notably the Slimline Wonky Stitched Wilderness die cut in white and mounted on a teal CS.  I used one of the new Slimline Lots of Dots Stencil with my Blending Buddy to create the polka dot background with Pistachio Distress Ink.  I mounted my images, that I fussy cut out, with foam tape.  I used a Slimline Scalloped Panels and Banners for the banner and stamped my sentiment on that.  I wanted it to match the colors in the scene, so I added a bit of Pumpkin Distress Ink. You can see I also used a Slimline Envelope in a color that compliments the scene.

Here is one of the images closer up.  I love how the colors are so vibrant and regal, they really pop.  It was a time consuming, but fun card to make.  It will be saved for a special occasion.
