Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there coffee loving friends!  I hope this week finds you happy and healthy and you continue to stay safe during this scary time in our world.  I’m doing well and like many other crafty peeps, I’m occupying some of my time by creating and playing with stamps.  I’m also shopping a bit here and there and am thankful that I still have a paycheck to help support my creative muse.  Last week, while tucked safely in my home, I did a little online shopping to help tide me over during this lovely home stay adventure I’m experiencing.  I shopped a bit at Butterfly Reflections when I heard that Vanessa was going to be popping over to her shop for a bit to mail some packages…Gotta support my favorite small business, right?!

I did some perusing of her coffee collection and one of the sets that I just fell in love with is this adorable set from The Greeting Farm called “Small Surprises” (I BOUGHT THE LAST ONE in her shop but you can get one directly from The Greeting Farm HERE!)  It’s just the cutest bubble tea/frappe, coffee, cake, bunny, animal set!  A nice hodge podge of cuteness!   I used some old My Mind’s Eye (“Happier”) 6×6 printed paper to help make this cute Springy card come to life.

There is just one sentiment in this set so I stamped it on a panel that would be nice and layered.  After coloring the cute images, I fussy cut them and assembled them onto the strip.  I just love machine stitching my cards, so I made sure to do that on this card.  I think it finishes things off and it gives a nice extra layer of texture.
