Hello there inky friends! It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip! This week, I’m sharing a fun little card I created using the adorable little winter coffee bear from RG Avenue’s Barely Awake set. I also paired it up with a scripty sentiment and scribbly background called Tag Bits.
I’m also digging deep into my printed paper stash and am having so much fun FINALLY using it. It’s taken many years, but I’m now comfortable enough to chop it up. LOL. Florals are my favorite, so it’s just so fun to flip through my old 6×6 pads looking for the perfect florals for my “pretty” cards.
I colored my bear to match the pretty paper and used some white acrylic paint to create a “Blizzard” of snow on the card. I just wish I could have a REAL blizzard! Yep! I LOVE SNOW!
To add to the “pretty” look of the card, I added a touch of cream seam binding and mounted the bear/stitched circle onto some Sweet Cane and Sour Watermelon cardstock. And would you believe I even finished off the inside of the card with a coordinating paper panel?! WOOP WOOP!
Thanks so much for hopping over to check out my card. I hope you have a fabulous weekend! 🙂 See you soon!
