Hello there coffee loving crafty friends! It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip! This week, I’m ringing in the new year with a little tasty treat I picked up right before the holidays. I spied this interesting NEW product on Instagram and I was immediately intrigued so I checked out the Nudge website, checked out some youtube videos and took a leap and ordered a few products.
Can you imagine? There is such a thing as a Coffee “Chocolate Bar”? There is! These yummy bars are 100% coffee and not a lick of chocolate to be found! They are truly deeeelish too! There are four different versions and I am enjoying spending some time savoring the flavors in each bar. I haven’t chosen my favorite yet, but maybe after a few more bites of each, I’ll be able to figure it out. In the meantime, I pulled some cardstock off my paper shelf that coordinated perfectly with the Coffee Bar wrappers and started working on a card that would give off the same smooth and coffee-licious vibe as the candy bars.
As you can see, there are four different varieties and intensities. The wrapper shows how much coffee each bar contains and also shows the equivalency to cups of coffee per bar. DEELISH! I also decided to peel off the label of the Coffee Spread and dip my finger in to give it a taste. YUMMY! I’ll dip it in some crackers soon for sure! It’s like Nutella…On Caffeine!
To create my card, I cut some strips of coordinating cardstock and then stitched them with my machine. I then layered them on my card base so that they would look similar to the stack of Coffee bars I had on my desk. Next, I created a stamped tag using the Lawn Fawn Winter Scripty Sentiments set: sentiment “Happy New Year” and the Brutus Monroe Cozy Coffee to-go cups with the coordinating cozies! YUM!
I had so much fun coordinating this card with the new tasty coffee treats. If you get a chance, hop over to the Nudge website (they are located in Miami, Florida) and check out their products. They’re a brand spanking start-up company and they ship their products so fabulously! My coffee bars and spread were shipped in an insulated box wrapped in cold packs perfectly inside the styrofoam container. I also received a sweet note from the owner showing his gratitude and giving his contact information to get in touch with him. So awesome, right?
Thanks for hopping over to check out my card. I hope I inspired you to get crafty and go shopping for some deelish coffee treats! See you again soon!
