Hello Coffee Lovers!! I hope everyone is had a great New Years!!

It’s time for Brew & Craft Your Stash!! Challenge #41 in the 75 Creative Card Challenges Magazine by Paper Crafts 2013!! Grab your drink of choice and get ready for some great crafty ideas!!!

Challenge #41 – Use Craft Foam. I skipped Challenge #40, it was to use yarn. I had a ball of yarn, but I had packed it away. In the magazine the designers stamped on foam, die cut and stitched on foam.

I decided to do a little die cutting with some white fun foam. First I pulled out a few Simon Says Stamp snowflakes and used them to cut a few from the fun foam. Then I used a sparkle pen on the snowflakes.

Next, I stamped one of the Mimi images from Penny Blacks Mimi’s Winter Friends stamp set. I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color her, then fussy cut her out.

For a background I use a couple of Catherine Pooler inks and a Distress Oxide ink to ink up the background. I did sptritz on the background a bit of the same sparkle pen I used on the snowflake.

Then I white embossed a sentiment from Newtons Nook Designs, Newton Loves Coffee stamp set. I used some adhesive to adhere the snowflakes to the background.

Last I used the small solid coffee cup from the Newton Loves Coffee stamp set. I used one of the Catherine Pooler inks and then fussy cut it out. I added the cup to Mimi and then adhered her to the card. The panel was adhered to a matching card base.
