Hello, all! It’s Dana here with my first winter card of the season! I used a couple great Super Sponsors on my card, make sure to see the hop link above for your chance to win some great crafty goodies from these amazing companies!!
So I really wanted to use this new snow globe die from Spellbinders! It took me a little bit to come up with a way to use it with a coffee theme!! First, I cut the globe from dark blue card stock. Then I used Wow! Embossing Powder White Pearl on the inside of the globe. It lightened up the blue card stock and gave it a nice metallic shine! I did a little more die cutting for the snow, base and trees.
Next, I pulled out Joy Clair Coffee Lovers stamp set. I stamped the small coffee cup with the heart and then fussy cut it out. I added the cup to the snow globe.
From my stash I added a snowflake pattern to a white card base and then rounded the corners. I added the Snow globe to the card with foam tape. The die set comes with a Snow day sentiment, I cut it out from black card stock. Then I cut off the the Snow part. I stamped the Coffee from the the Joy Clair set and then added the die cut day! Who needs a Snow Day when you can have a Coffee Day!!
I was having so much created that I created a bonus card using Super Sponsors Newton’s Nook and Thermoweb products! Check out my blog to check it out!
Now on to the fabulous Helen!!
Hello everyone… It’s Helen. Isn’t that Dana’s project amazing? And, here is my simple, CAS coffee card that I created using stamp set and die set from Stamp Simply and DL Art Crinkle Ribbons.
On a white cardstock, I stamped and heat embossed the Fall flower image from the Floral Cluster Fall Flowers stamp set. And then I cut it out using the large cup die from Coffee or Tea Duo Set. I added the cup and handle on the card with Scrapbook Adhesive E-Z Runner Grand.
I cut out the word coffee with the die from Coffee or Tea Due Set out of the orange metallic cardstock. I added on the card with dries-clear adhesive glue.
I stamped one of the sentiments from the Coffee or Tea Due Set with VersaFine Clair Pine-cone on a white cardstcok, then I trimmed it into sentiment label. I added above the coffee word die cut with 3D foam tape.
I embellished the card with the Mocha Cringkle Ribbon and Latte Crinkle Ribbon.
That’s my card… I hope you all like it. Thank you so much for stopping by!
Helen
