Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there coffee loving crafty peeps!  It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip.  This week I’m pulling out my favorite posies to welcome FALL.  These posies make me thin of the burgundy and rusty colored mums I like to plant around my house each year.  It’s about that time and I’m SOOOO ready!

I created this card featuring a little diecut/stamp/stencil love from La-La Land Crafts and a little doodlie-doo from me too!  When I make cards, I like to feature one manufacturer only.  It’s just how I roll.  Do you mix and match or do you stick with one company at a time?

I used some new products I recently purchased through La-La Land Crafts:  Just for You background set, Scalloped Rectangles, Daisy Dies, Daisies on My Mind stencil duo, Double Stitched Ovals.

I started out by stenciling the Kraft card base with some rusty orange ink.  After stenciling, I diecut the posies and embossed the diecut oval with clear embossing powder . Next, I added one snippet of the scalloped rectangle.  Next, I doodled a to-go cup so that I could use the knitted “basket” in the Just for You set and turn it into a cozy.  I colored with Copic markers.  Next, I tied it up with a little twine bow and added some pearls to the posies.  The sentiment was inked and cut in a pennant fashion (my favorite way to display sentiments!).
