You are stronger…

Hello, Erin, from Homemade Cards By Erin here.  I have two cards using the new Lil Inker Time for Tea die.  My first card uses a sentiment from the same set and my second card uses a sentiment from the Coffee Talk 2 stamps.  Both of these cards are a little out of my normal CAS style, but I love how they turned out.  The first card uses a sheet of Coredinations paper, embossed with a Sizzix woodgrain folder and then sandpaper.  My second card combines a little stamping, inked up vellum, Nuvo drops, May Arts ribbon with staples.  Love the bit of grungy feel to it.  When you want to mix it up, what style do you gravitate towards?

What amazing cards! Love the inked vellum…such a great look.

I teach fifth grade, so summer is my time to “mix it up”. That usually means adding “messy things” like embossing powder, watercolor, or all-out mixed media. I make “faster” cards when school is in session, but it’s always fun!
