Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there coffee loving crafters!  It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip!  This week I’ve grabbed another fun stamp (Paper Nest Dolls-“Avery with Coffee”)  that I picked up from the Scrapbook Expo a few weeks ago and paired it with a sweet sentiment from SugarPea Designs “Talk is Chic“.  I think this sentiment set is one of my most GO-TO sets because they are versatile and the fonts are so fun!

After coloring the image with Copic Markers and watercolor pencils, I selected some printed paper that would pair nicely with the image and sentiment.  Since I have a hoard of 6×6 packs (mostly retired), it didn’t take long to find the perfect paper for this set.  I wanted to keep the design simple, making sure the focus was mostly on that cute little Avery girl.  I doodled a bit of a scalloped border and addd some hearts to tie it all together.

To finish off my card, I tied some black twine along the edge of the sentiment banner and added a little veneer heart.  WOO!
