Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Monday everyone! Wow, where did the month of June go?! School should be done soon (or is already for some) and summer holidays are right around the corner! Wheee!

We are in the midst of getting 2 decks put on our house and I cannot WAIT for that to be done – our daughter is getting married in August and it will be so nice to have outdoor space to sit and visit with friends and family.

For today’s Caffeinated Creativity, I am sharing with you all the Father’s Day card I gave my Dad this year – and it’s so fitting! LOL…He likes to read the newspaper and drink coffee; yes he DOES where his socks up to his knees…and he has white under shirts ta boot! hahahah

I have had this image from back when Bugaboo Stamps made images for Totally Stampalicious and I was on their DT.  When I first saw this image, I knew I would be making him a Father’s Day card with it and I have used the same image a few times over the years – it’s just THAT fitting of my Dad! 🙂

I colored up the image with my Copic Markers, dug out some stashed Designer Papers and got busy with this cute one for my Dad. The final touch was glossy accents on the reading glasses! Love it…
