Hey there!! What’s brewin’?!
In addition to my regular post, today is my DT Closeup! We have gotten so many new members in the Facebook Group, that Amy (our fearless leader) thought it would be nice for everyone to get to know us a bit better. Well, here goes…eeep!
My name is Robyn Jordan. I have been a member of the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Facebook Group since 2017! I was invited to the group by Carly (Tiffany) Poole and as soon as I was accepted I knew I had found my tribe!! I was SO excited to see I wasn’t the only one out there in the papercrafting world that loves her coffee when she crafts! After jumping in with both feet, commenting, liking, and welcoming others to the group, Amy asked if I’d be interested in being an ambassador for the group~~Say what now? After shaking my head and asking my daughter to read it for me, just so I was clear, I responded with enthusiasm!! Every month since, I am thrilled to be a part of this Design Team!
A bit about me personally: My 35th wedding anniversary is next week. Randy and I were in high school when we met at the age of 17. I have 2 children- a son, Deven (30) and a daughter Emily (22). Emily is about to make me a grandmother again in July. It’s a BOY!! I also have a grandson Gavin who turns 8 in July and is the love of my life. He’s hoping the baby is born on his birthday LOL! In 1996 we moved from Sarasota, Florida to the beautiful mountains of N. E. Georgia where we live on 2 1/2 acres and have the perfect weather! We enjoy all 4 seasons and none of them are harsh!
I love vintage campers and I have one myself. She is my first “Robyn’s Nest” and she will be restored this summer. I love to read! I read 2 – 3 books a week; love my Kindle, and I use the audio option! I listen to books while I cook, clean, craft and even shower! Yes, I listen to my books in the shower! We are currently living through a home renovation and I’m hoping that it’s complete before the next Blog Hop! It’s seriously affecting my crafty time!
I love having an amazing and creative circle of people to surround myself with when I need to! And I’ve made SO many new crafty friends, all because of my love for coffee and cardmaking! 🙂 You can find me on Instagram~ here and my blog is here!

And now for this months card, I used the SugarPea Designs SugarCut Coffee To Go Cup and a sentiment from the Pucker Up Stamp Set:
I really like how this card turned out.. I use some light yellow cardstock for my layers, and a vellum cut I had in my crafty space leftover from another project. I water colored the iced tea, added some “ice” to the glass. I absolutely love these dies! They are the perfect size!
Thanks for stopping and did you know we’re still hopping with SugarPea Designs to Celebrate National Iced Tea Day which was Monday! You have until Saturday, June 15th, to hop and comment along the way for chances to win a $25 gift certificate to the SugarPea shop! Check out the CLC post here for more info and to start hopping!
