Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there coffee Loving friends!  It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip!  Today I’m sharing a mixed media card featuring the TO GO cup from BossyJoscie.  I have had this stamp for quite a while and have used it a few times but and wanted to bring it out into the sunshine again.  Do you have special stamps tucked away that need some love?  I challenge you to get ’em out and give ’em some love!  🙂

I started out by embossing a thick piece of cardstock using the Fun Stampers Journey embossing folder called Bright Days.  I then brushed some ivory, yellow and aqua blue paint over the embossed cardstock and flicked some ink over that.  Then I applied some Brutus Monroe Lemon Glitter Glaze and some golden sparkly nail polish over that.  (A day later and the nail polish aroma is gone!)

I stamped the image using Versafine Clair’s gorgeus aqua color and then started assembling the card I mounted this panel onto a sunny yellow cardstock panel and then tied some blue ribbon around it. To finish the card off, I mounted this panel onto a white card base, added a button and some sequin trim and my card was done!
