Caffeine Fueled Paper Play – Stamplorations!

Welcome to a new Caffeine Fueled Paper Play!  Today I’m playing along with a couple challenges over at Super Sponsor Stamplorations!  Stamplorations has a few challenges every month!  You can find links to all of them here!

Today I’m playing along with the Mixed Media Challenge which is always Anything Goes!  You can make anything including a card, but you must use a stencil!

I’m also playing along with the Things With Wings Hop and Linky Party!  It’s a month long celebration of Things With Wings… hop and comment for chances to win and then get inspired and make your own creation using any Winged Things!  Find the details here!

Here’s how I was inspired:

I have to admit… I love this one!  I started by making my background panel.  I die cut the 2nd layer using the Nested Rectangle Small Stitch Die from mixed media paper.  Next I used some Distress Inks with the Bloomdala Bliss #13 Mask Stencil which comes with two separate stencils in different sizes and I used themboth in each corner.

.Next I used an awesome stencil designed by my talented teamie, Helen Gullet for Stamplorations… the Make Marks 6 stencil with it’s cute dashed lines were perfect to add a little something and I finished it off with some watercolor splatters.  I’m also playing along at Simon Says Stamp’s Monday Challenge which is to use Stencils!  Check that one out here!

And then my Winged Thing!  This adorable birdie and cup from the Hello Coffee Stamp Set!  So sweet, right??

I finished off with this cool Life is Good phrase die from Stamplorations and a few sequins from the Doodles Paper Playground Amethyst Birthstone Sequin Blend.

That’s it for me today!   You should definitely head on over to the Stamplorations Blog and check out all of the different monthly challenges there are!  And since I used Stamplorations products, I’m also linking up to the Never Ending Anything Goes Challenge!  It’s just that… Never Ending and Anything Goes!

Before you play along, stop at each challenge and check out the short list of rules!  There truly is something for everyone and you don’t always have to use Stamplorations products to play along… but they’d love it if you do!

And while you’re over at Stamplorations, check out the awesome Things With Wings sale!

Thanks for stopping and hope you’ll come back soon!
