Hi everyone, happy spring! I am so happy to share a bit of happy here today. Looking at the inspiration couldn’t help but think of spring. I must admit though, our winter here really wasn’t too bad, so I can’t complain. Nonetheless, I am happy to be moving on.
How does this inspire you? Colors? burlap? woodgrain? pitcher? flowers?…
I picked up the colors and the pop of black. For my card I used papers from CTMH.
I layered and stitched my papers (these pieces were actually scraps… yay!). I then stamped the sentiment from Right at Home (How Have You Bean). I stamped and cut apart the sentiment and scattered it down the card (like steam from the coffee). Within the sentiment I added a die cut sentiment from Stamplorations.
Finally, I stamped and cut out an image from Honey Bee Stamps (Tea Time). I mounted the cup (and the word brew) with foam squares.
