Sup Friends! I am hanging out here at Creativation and having a ton of fun! Best Monday I have had in a while being that I am not at work and checking out crafty stuff! Woohoo. Hopefully I can share some post trip pics.
Don’t hate me, but today I have another holiday card for you. I just couldn’t resist inking this up because it is soooooo cute. Check it out.
Single layer cards are usually note my forte, but this one worked out for me. This card features this absolutely darling digi stamp from Craftin’ Desert Divas called Santa Mug. It is absolutely adorable and perfect for coloring with Copics. Once I had all my details, I used my Scan n’ Cut and set aside.
Next, I busted out and Carta Bella Cabin Fever stencil. I used my Broken China Distress Oxide Ink and my Trinity Blendability Brushes to create the background. A little plug here- I have used the Trinity brushes and other brushes and I prefer the Trinity ones for two reasons- #1- The have a wide sturdy base and can stand up on their own and #2- that handle makes for easier blending. OK, back to the show…. I adhered my Santa cup to my base. Next I die cut this reitred sentiment from MFT in silver glitter paper and adhered it below the image. Finally I added these Sunlit Ice Chips embellishments from Trinity Stamps.
Well I hope you enjoyed this even though you might be so over Christmas, but you have to agree, that cute is cute, no matter the time of year. 🙂 Like I said, hope to share some Creativation pics and anecdotes soon!
Thanks for visiting! ~Katie
