Laura Jata is back with us with another beauty!
Greetings, friends! Today I am so excited to share an elegant tea themed card that is perfect to send to anyone who loves tea and needs a cup of cheer.

My card today features enchanting stamp set from Papertrey Ink called ‘What the Doodles: Tea Time’.
I started working on this card with a 3″x6.5″ panel and used Distress Ink in Dusty Concord to blend out the background. I then sprayed the inked background with water and blotted it with paper towel to get that beautiful watermarked pattern.

The focal point of the card is the teacups. I die cut, stamped and ink blended them using three Distress Inks in Seedless Preserves, Victorian Velvet and Milled Lavender. I have stacked and attached the cups to the panel using some foam tape for added dimension.
To add few more accents, I have die cut mini butterflies as well as border edge dies and glued all the pieces to the panel. I then popped up the panel on some fun foam and adhered it to the card base. Lastly, I have added Wink of Stella as well as Stickles Glitter Glue in Star Dust to the card. Finished card dimensions are 3.5″ x 7″

I also have a video tutorial below, sharing how I made this card HERE. I hope you like it as much as I do, and I’ve inspired you to create a tea themed card.

Until next time!
