Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Monday!  Are you tending your NCD hop hangover with more coffee and cards?  You know what they say, the hair of the dog….

So we went to the pumpkin patch this weekend.  It might feel kinda early in the season but there were several advantages- warmer, less rain and mud, less crowds and we got the pick of the patch!  Here is a pic of my girl and one of her best buddies, so cute!

So my card is based on that theme.

I love these Leading Lady sets from Ellen Hutson, they are just so fun.  This one I used a combo of Copic coloring and paper piecing.  The paper pieced bits are the sweater and boots, using some fun fall paper.  You’ll notice she did not forget her coffee, it is in the basket.  The blue with the orange makes me happy.  The background DP is cut using Avery Elle Wonky Stitches (one of my fave dies).  The sentiment, leaves and acorn are from last year’s Neat & Tangled/Simon Says Stamptember Release.
