Howdy there coffee lovers! Happy Monday to you!
I have to tell you I have been resisting the fall feeling in the air. I even blamed the rain on my husband because he said now that school is back in it feels like fall. Not cool…. but not really his fault (don’t tell him I said that). But I figure it is probably time to embrace the change of weather and seasons. So today’s card is my first attempt.
I love this Paper Smooches bear die. I recently picked it up from Drive By Crafts, I have coveted it for so long, it was time I finally purchased it. I used my Vintage Photo Distress ink to color it and used markers for the nose, mouth, etc. You might be wondering where that flower is the bear usually holds… well I cut it off because this bear is in need of a bit of coffee to help him hunt for food and add a little more chunk before winter’s hibernation. The cup and sentiment are from The Greeting Farm. I used my Avery Elle wonky stitches on the white square and the backdrop DP. Here is another shot of that bear.
Doesn’t that bear just make you smile? Not that fall is here, I might just curl up with a cup of coffee (like this sweetie) and read a good book.
Thanks for visiting today, I appreciate you!
