Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Tuesday, Coffee Lovers!

It’s Dana here coming back with two caffeinated cards featuring Hero Arts My Monthly Hero August Kit. This is my first hero kit and I just couldn’t resist to add more lovelies in my coffee/tea/cocoa craft stash 🙂

For my first card, I stamped cup images and colored them with Copic markers. I white heat embossed latte patterns using White Puff Embossing powder. I heat embossed sentiment in white as well using general white embossing powder.

I trimmed down Hand Dyed Decorative Paper and adhered it on brown card base using Crystal Clear Lacquer Pen. I then foam mounted all pieces where I wanted them.

For my next card, I started by die cutting cafe scene from bristol paper using Window Fancy Die. I then ink blended it with Dried Marigold, Peeled Paint and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks.

I pulled out another bristol paper for background and ink blended it with Antique Linen, Spiced Marmalade and Ripe Persimmon Distress Oxide Inks. I splattered clean water and white inks and let it dried.

I adhered clear acetate behind the first panel and heat embossed a sentiment in copper. I then built a shaker using foam tape, confetti and clear sequins.
