Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Monday is here again and I have some wisdom to share today…. Wake Up and Enjoy Today!  How you do that is up to you, but I might offer a few suggestions….

Here is a close up of what I have for you today.  I am a lover of blue and this paper…. swoon.  I also like this little menu.   I picked up this paper pack at Michael’s.  Often when I see items like this, I don’t like the whole pad and don’t want to buy it.  Admittedly this one had a few sheets I won’t likely use, but I couldn’t pass up this paper!

Here is the full shot of the card.  Again, that paper, the various pots and the watercolor-like look.  I cut the paper using the Avery Elle Wonky Stitches die.  This is one of my favorite dies, I use it all the time.  From the paper, I also cut this menu page. I loved that it is bordered by gold and also that the top item on it is coffee. 🙂  Next I die the cut the two circles in the blue paper and white with the Hero Arts Circle Infinity Dies.  I stamped the cup and steam from The Greeting Farm Perk Up set and added a little color with my Copics.  Then I paper pieced the cup sleeve and added the gold embossed heart.  I stamped and embossed the sentiment in the upper right.
