Monday is here again! It has been HOT here in the PNW, I have been feeling like I am going to melt. Which brings me to the ONLY reason I am happy to be going to work today- AC! Despite the heat, I have something to share with you that is piping hot!
To create this, I stamped the flowers from MFT (retired set) on my watercolor paper. I used my Zigs to color the images. Once dried I used a Stampin’ Up die set Cups and Kettle to cut them out. I place them on this doily from Doodlebug Designs. Behind the is bright pink geographic cover plate from Walter and Winnie and another layer of pink behind that. Ellen Hutson stamp set Warm Fuzzies supplies the sentiment.
Key to this creation is the steam coming out of that kettle, I die cut it with vellum. To me it adds such a lovely touch. I also added that small tea back in the right corner and I wanted to use some hemp cord to tie it.
Here is a closer look at that tea kettle, isn’t it lovely! I am not one to have fine china or tea kettles, but I would be happy to have that one just for decoration!
Well that’s it for today folks. I appreciate your swinging by!
