Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Welcome to another Caffeine Fueled Paper Play!  This week I’m playing along with the current challenge at the Honey Bee Stamps Buzzworthy Challenges Facebook Group which is a sketch challenge!  Here’s the sketch (along with some inspiration and a few rules):

And here’s how I was inspired:

Not too long ago, Honey Bee had an awesome sale and I decided it was about time I had this Coffee Cup Card Honey Cuts Die set!  It is such a cool set… it comes with the cut for the card base (it’s a long one) with a score in it, the layer for the front (and I love that it cuts a frame and an inside piece and you can use them together or separately).  I used some lovely Lawn Fawn plaid for mine!  There are two wrap dies with tabs so you can put them together to make it an actual “wrap” for your card, or I used just one and trimmed off the tab.  It also comes with the smallest circle you see here and a separate die for the lid layer.

I used an upcycled coffee wrap for my wrap and the largest circle.  This stitched circle and yellow circle were from my stash… circles are like coffee cups… you can NEVER have too many in different sizes!  And this sentiment is from the Blah Blah Blah sentiment set.   I love the sentiment sets from Honey Bee that are so versatile and allow you to mix and match and build your own sentiment… the Life Happens, Coffee, and Helps are separate stamps.  Very cool!

And have I told you that flowers are kind of like Coffee Cups and Circles?  You can never have too many!…lol!  Especially when they’re as pretty as this one from Honey Bee.  The set is called Country Bloom and they are beautiful… easy to color because they are small, but not too small.

There are pretty flower clusters, separate flowers in different sizes and separate leaves in different shapes and sizes so it’s fun to build your own bouquet!  Then of course I added some of my favorite Shimmer Sequins from CDD.
